Budget & Schedule

We will gather subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approved Specifications Book and confirm the overall budget. After the project permit is issued, you’ll receive updates on the schedule and decision timelines to help keep the process manageable and on track.

Home Construction

Ryan Long Homes is a “white glove” builder, managing all construction aspects, including coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and city inspectors. We will oversee daily operations to ensure everything is completed to specifications, using top-quality materials and techniques.

Project Completion

Our thorough project close-out process includes an inspection by an Independent Home Inspector. Ryan Long will meet you for a detailed walkthrough to create a final “punch list.” Upon moving in, you’ll receive a Comprehensive Close-Out Package with all contracts, invoices, releases, city documents, manuals, warranties, and project documentation.

Your relationship with Ryan Long Homes continues long after move-in day. You’ll benefit from a full-coverage warranty for the first year, along with a two-year electrical and mechanical warranty and a ten-year structural warranty.
